1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TechMazet platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and other persons who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TechMazet provides an enterprise-grade gaming API gateway and reseller platform that enables gaming operators to integrate with multiple game providers through a unified API interface. The Service includes API access, analytics, wallet management, billing tools, and related infrastructure components.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal gambling activities where prohibited by law
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without our express written consent

5. Fees and Payment

Access to certain features requires payment of fees as outlined in our pricing plans. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis unless otherwise specified. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TechMazet and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or republish any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the API gateway. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechMazet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechMazet and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TechMazet operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
